Apply with GO-IMPACT
Submit personal information
Submit documents proving $30,000,000 in assets
GO-IMPACT collects all the documents and submits them to the auditor for verification and report
Submit a preliminary application to CIE and wait for approval in principle

After Approval

Obtain a 180-day entry permit visa issued by the Hong Kong government
Deposit $3,000,000 into the 1/9 compliance fund account under GO-IMPACT
Submit supporting documents to the Hong Kong government for review and obtain formal approval
Issue an entry permit visa with a validity period of 24 months
Renew annually after the expiration
After 7 years, officially became a Hong Kong permanent resident
